Tamron 24mm f/2.5 (01B)
This is probably my second favourite Tamron lens. Particularly with the Pentax K-A mount to allow aperture to be set using the on-body camera controls it make a very nice fast-ish 35mm equivalent lens on my Pentax DSLR, and on a full frame camera (either film or digital) it is a very nice compact, but slightly faster than usual, 24mm lens.
Photographs taken with the Tamron SP 24mm f/2.5
These 2 photographs were taken on a Pentax K-3ii DSLR where this lens gives a field of vie similar to a classic 35mm semi-wide-angle. The location is Warriston Cemetery in Edinburgh and they photographs were processed using Nik Collection Silver Efex Pro 2
These photographs were taken on a full-frame Sony A7II. The B&W photographs were processed using Nik Collection Silver Efex Pro 2. The colour photographs show that this lens can focus usefully close (coupled with the shallow depth-fo-field from that f/2.5 aperture). The location is Greyfriars Kirkyard in Edinburgh. (What can I say…? I just like cemeteries!)
