The Pen F 40mm f/1.4 lens has always been one of my favourite lenses. I have shot 100s of photographs with this lens on various M4/3 and APS-C cameras over the years. Using this lens on full-frame is unlike change this, though of course it does change the lens from a short telephoto to a slightly wide standard lens. On full-frame the edge of the imaging circle can clearly be seen in the corners of the image, so cropping is needed, but not much! When cropped this lens has a 35mm equiv. focal length of around 45mm. On the half-frame cameras it was designed for it has a 35mm equivalent focal length of 58mm.
