Isco-Göttingen Gnome-Projar 85mm f/2.8
Another example of a typical plastic-barrelled lens from a fairly modern full-size 35mm slide projector, probably from the 1980s. You can use my standard method for adapting projector lenses from the 35mm slide projector lenses page this lens.
Unlike the Enna München MC Ennalyt 90mm f/2.5, the Isco-Göttingen Gnome-Projar 85mm f/2.8 will focus to infinity using a standard M42 to Sony E mount adapter. But it still focuses down to around 35cm, so it can still be used for good close-ups. I found this lens produced nice sharp images, and although it is a little slower than the MC Ennalyt is still give very nice shallow depth-of-field effects.
Of the following photographs, the b&w ones were process using were process using Silver Efex Pro 2 and the colour ones were processed in Adobe Lightroom.
