Photography › London's "Magnificent 7" cemeteries
What can I say? I just like cemeteries! So I have decided to explore my hidden goth depths and embark on a wee personal project to document all of London's 'Magnificent 7' cemeteries built between 1832 and 1841. The set will consist entirely of digital photographs shot using vintage Olympus Pen F lenses, which seem to bring the right atmosphere to cemetery photographs, and some additional Polaroid photographs. I've already covered Kensal Green, Brompton and Abney Park (in Stoke Newington)… so just 4 more to go! (Next trip to London will be in October 2016, so I'll be able to add 1, or maybe 2, more cemeteries to the collection then.)
All these photographs were taken with vintage Olympus Pen F lenses (mostly the 40mm f1.4) mounted on either a Fujifilm X-E1, or an Olympus OMD E-M10. They were processed using Silver EFex Pro.
